Roku doesn't make the apps, just like Apple doesn't make the apps for Apple TV and Amazon doesn't make the apps for Fire TV. It would be up to the service to make a Roku app. Share your interest with them.

I don't see it here.  However, I am in the US, and if you browse the channel store from another location, you will have different channels available.
