Help & troubleshooting for channels on your Roku device, including adding/removing channels, logging in to, authenticating, or activating a channel, channel-specific playback issues, assistance contacting channel publishers to report issues, and adjusting channel-specific settings.
Check your subscriptions at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions . Make sure you use the email address that shows under Settings->System->About when you log in. If you have more than one Roku device do the same on each Roku and make sure the email addresses match. If they don't then you have multiple Roku accounts to check. If no subscriptions are shown on your account(s) then it isn't Roku that's charging you and support will be little to no help.
