Beachbody on Demand Login Issues

Good evening.  When the Beachbody on Demand app updated on my Roku player I was not able to log in anymore.  The subscription still shows up on Roku but I cannot log in using the Roku device.

Probably best to state your Roku model # and firmware version (Settings/System/About), and app version (Highlight the app, Options (*) )

Try:

1) Update your Roku:  Settings/System/System update/Check now - try again

2) Restart your Roku Settings/System/System restart/Restart - try again

3) Try both app login options 1) Via Web, 2) On this TV:  - try again

4) Reinstall the app - NOTE:  you wont be able to do this if your subscription is through Roku, so you'll need to cancel it first:   https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions

  A) Remove the app:  Highlight the app, Options, Remove

  B) RESTART the Roku: Settings/System/System restart/Restart <-- MUST DO THIS HERE!!!

  C) Add app again

5) If none of that works, you'll need to contact beachbodysupport.com or email BODRokuSupport@beachbody.com
