The BeachBody On Demand app is giving me an error message: "You are offline. Please check your connection and try again." I am connected to the internet and other apps work fine. Any ideas?
I installed it temporarily (dont tell anyone) and
it seemed to work fine.
Its a Premium Channel (paid for) so you should contact them directly.
Otherwise try removing it do a system restart and reinstall it.
Thanks for the inquiry.
Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
If the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to Beachbody On Demand directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on the Beachbody On Demand channel (app), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel. In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.

Same issue here! I tried resetting, uninstalling and reinstalling. It closes out as soon as I launch. I’m mid Lift4, this is very inconvenient!
Same issue here and I just started today. All it says is that there is a connection issue when you try to load the app. All other apps work fine.
me too! This must be a system wide issue given that this is all happened today 3/19/2020
@Jleven22 @Bobbyz @yungk19 Thanks for letting us know about the issue. Were you able to contact Beachbody support to report the issue? Is the issue still occurring, or has it since resolved itself and is now working normally again?
You can reach Beachbody support directly here: 1 (800) 470-7870
Keep us posted!
Thanks,
