I watch BeachTV > Myrtle Beach. Within the channel there are 9 live webcams. One, "Dead Dog Saloon Band Cam" shows nightly live entertainment. This is the only live webcam that freezes and constantly reloads during the shows. The other 8 live webcams are fine. What's happening?

This is a question best directed at the creators of the channel. Roku just supplies the platform the channel runs on, and has no more to do with its creation or content than your television does.

Thank you but when this problem first started, it required a system update which I did. It worked short term

In my experience, many webcams are flaky and come and go all the time.

Here's the Beach TV website: https://wgsc.beachtv.tv/ That should show you if the particular camera is operating.

Thank you. The problem is unique in that it only happens on the "Dead Dog Saloon Band Cam" during the nightly shows from 6:30pm to 10:00pm. One factor to consider, this is the only time there is sound on the webcam. Tech (bandwith?) issues? I contacted the developer. Waiting for their response . . . maybe ;o)

And it starts again. “Skips”, freeze frame and watching it “Loading” longer then the show itself. Happens on the Roku, phone app and computer.

If it happens on all those different platforms, that strongly suggests a problem at the source.
