If you have add the Beach Palms Theme to one of your devices, it should be added to all of your devices that are supported by the channel.
We would recommend manually checking for an update with the devices that you are having issues loading the channel on. You can check for an update by going to Settings > System > System update. After checking for an update, are you still experiencing an issue with this channel?
