Hi

I really want to add BBC Sounds to my Hisense Roku R0B120UK TV but although it's there on offer, it won't let me download the app. Any suggestions?

Thanks for your response. It seems strange other Roku/Hisense products in a similar price range and almost identical spec have been certified for use and not ours, especially as BBCiplayer comes as standard, then why not BBC Sounds. Do you have any ideas?

Does 3810EU Roku Streaming Stick+, Software 9.4.0 build 4174-50 support BBC sounds? my newly purchased from Currys downloads the app but I just get a spinning icon when trying to connect to a radio channel. Everything else is working great.

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact BBC Sounds support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

I've just bought a Roku Express stick and have a similar problem but I can access the app., then see the options but nothing will play. Roku info. is that its leaving the BBC to sort it.

The BBC info. is : https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/help/issues/tv/roku-live-streams.

but I can't play anything, including on-demand, and wonder if it ever will.

We're aware that some people aren't able to play live radio stations on the BBC Sounds app on their Roku devices. On-demand programmes and podcasts are playing as usual. 

We're looking into this with Roku and we'll update this page with any further information.
