Like many other people we are having a horrendous time trying to get BBC iPlayer. I can't even begin to think how many hours we have spent on both the TV lap top and computer trying to get this programme. We have reset the factory set up, we have deleted Iplayer and then reinstalled it, we have updated everything. WHAT MORE CAN WE DO???
We bought Roku to enable us to 'catch up' and this is the only channel we are able to use.
As I don't seem to be the only person that has this problem I would be REALLY grateful if someone from ROKU could do something about this BEFORE Chiristmas.
