Stumbled upon the Award Winning Flix app, which has a plethora of old movie gems. Problem with searching for movies on this app though. The white letters appear on a light yellow background making it nearly impossible to see the results without getting within a few inches of the TV screen. Anybody else experiencing this problem with this app or others? Any suggestions? Thans.
You should try to contact the developer and let them know your concerns.
I am having the same problem. Also am having difficulty reading the movie titles because they’re on the video screen shots. I have to click into most to be able to properly read the titles.
Thanks for the inquiry.
For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact Award Winning Flix support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
Thanks,

Good suggestion, but it's hard to accomplish. The Roku Channel Store page only says:
Developed by:
using Roku Direct Publisher
Award Winning Flix
A google search for Award Winning Flix only comes up with the above channel store listing and links to posts here in the community.
But the Award Winning Flix home page shows a FLIXGEMS logo. Looking flixgems up via google leads to a page showing Flixgems is on of several groups of Roku channels developed by TV Time Media. Their contact form: https://www.tvtimemedia.com/contact/
I went to this trouble to try to help out people here. Too bad Roku couldn't do the same.
