Auto log off of most channels every few months

Every few months all of the Discover Go channels, A&E channels, Fox channels, History channel and the Hallmark channel to name a few, auto log off (or refers to time out). This occurs on multiple Roku devices (Ultra and Stick).

Basically its all channels that I authenticate thru Philo as my TV provider while some channels are authenticated thru YouTube TV.

To re-authenticate numerous channels, on multiple devices is very time consuming, every few months.

Has anybody seen this issue?

Thanks for the inquiry.

What you are experiencing is not uncommon. Some TV providers will require its customers to reauthenticate periodically to ensure that the customer watching the channel has the appropriate credentials.

What you are experiencing is not uncommon. Some TV providers will require its customers to reauthenticate periodically to ensure that the customer watching the channel has the appropriate credentials.
