Audio selection not available with USB on Roku Media Player - Roku 3

I have several Roku 3 players and recently I am no longer able to change the audio tracks of MKV movies anymore when playing from a USB drive using the Roku Media Player. It just shows "Audio selection not available" where I previously could switch audio between tracks. Everything has been updated and restarted. I know the Roku Media Player has had some issues lately. I have RMP version 4.2 and Roku version 9.3. Anyone have any work arounds or could recommend other USB players that might work?
