Help & troubleshooting for channels on your Roku device, including adding/removing channels, logging in to, authenticating, or activating a channel, channel-specific playback issues, assistance contacting channel publishers to report issues, and adjusting channel-specific settings.
These things are usually (if not always) caused by a faulty remote. I don't think there was ever an AT&T button, but do you have a DirectTV button? If so, is it stuck? Try using compressed air to blow out the buttons the best you can. If you can use the Roku app on your phone/tablet as a remote and it doesn't happen, then it's definitely your remote.
