After choosing Britbox and auto sign-in, sent back to home page

We have Hisense Roku TV

Following apps are keeps crashing.

Youtube

Netflix

Prime Video

Spectrum

Peacock

We did factory reset..No luck..

 

im having the same problem 

i have cromecast and ican cast off my phone and everything works fine 

ive done a factory rest and still have the problem the only quick fixs is doing a restart some times

I reported this issue two weeks ago. I had email saying u r aware of the issue . However ESPN & Disney+ still donnot work. This needs to be fixed. Please respond to me directly !!

Same problem, affecting Netflix, Youtube, Prime and Spotify.

Known solutions/workarounds for apps not loading:

1) Check for updates: Settings/System/System updates/Check now - try again

2) Change your Theme to the Roku Default: Settings/Theme/Restore default theme - try again

3) Change your Screensaver to a Roku clock: Settings/Theme/Screensavers - try again

4) Remove SD card (if installed) - try again

5) Remove app, RESTART ROKU: Settings/System/System restart/Restart, Add app - try again

6) Network connection reset: Settings/System/Advanced system settings/Network connection reset - try again

7) Completely unplug power from Roku for 10-15 minutes - try again

8) Factory reset: Settings/System/Advanced system settings/Factory reset <--- last resort

I am so pissed at roku right now you took away my tv since you made my YouTube TV app not work. I pay for the app and it works on my samsung tv’s i will never buy another roku product again since i now have to buy a google stick to watch tv… what garbage!!!!!

Try the previously posted list if your app(s) wont load (NOTE: dont remove the YTTV app otherwise you wont have it again until the end of the dispute).

You can access YouTube TV through the YouTube app:  Open the YT app, select "YouTube TV" in the lower left corner of the UI.
