Apps seem to keep freezing when I try to open them

Disney Plus and Hulu don’t seem to be responding, every time I try to open them it would just stay frozen or it would day an error with connection

What is your Roku model number and Roku Software version? Settings > System > About

When did this behavior begin? Did it work for a while, then stop? Both around the same time?

The onn. model: 100012589 And the software version is 10.5.2 • build 4138-C4 and I just bought the tv and the apps just kept freezing and wasnt letting me log in into my accounts, not sure if it’s the Wi-Fi or the apps but YouTube seems to work perfectly fine.

Thanks for posting here in the Community.

In some cases, removing the affected channels and then reinstalling them may help. To ensure the process is successful, make sure to restart your device before adding the channels back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.
