Apps failing - Youtube & Netflix

My apps are starting to fail. First YouTube, now Netflix. After I launch, nothing happens and they send me back to the home screen. I deleted and reinstalled. Still happens. Anyone know the cause?

Thanks for the note.

Please make sure when removing a channel, that you restart you device before adding it back again. What model device are you having these issues with? Are your others channels still functioning?

We are having the same issue. I can get to hulu and disney+ but not netflix or YouTube. I have multiple Roku TVs and it's only doing this on one divice

I have this issue with Netflix. I uninstall Netflix, restart Roku, install Netflix. Still cannot start Netflix. I've been complaining about this for nearly 5 months now, but no help from Roku support or Netflix on the issue.

I just bought a TCL 4 Series Roku yesterday. Youtube and Yputube TV app will not even launch. It's starts its loading and falls back to home screen. Tried hard restarting the tv router and deleting the app while going this, nothing works.
