Apps do not open

I'm connected to the internet, I have excellent strength, none of apps will open when selected.

With Roku I get a message, "failed to load content." Not one app will load.


This is a Westinghouse ROKU TV.

Try these steps, in this order.

  1. Remove the app
  2. Restart the Roku TV Settings > System > Power > System Restart > Restart
  3. Reinstall the app

All those steps, in that order. Does that make a difference?
