The AppleTV app on our Roku Premier Plus was working beautifully for a while. About two weeks ago, I couldn’t access any of my purchased movies or tv shows anymore. I can rent and watch new titles, but everything in our library results in an error message telling me to try again later. Stuff I’ve already tried:
-Apple customer support. They tried everything on their end and referred me to Roku
-deleted and reinstalled AppleTV app
-Roku is connected with HDMI, so that fix doesn’t apply.
When removing/reinstalling, did you restart your Roku before reinstalling? This will make sure there is nothing hanging around in memory from the original installation so that everything for the channel gets reinstalled. It may not make a difference, depending on the exact nature of your problem, but it's worth trying.
