AppleTV Issues

I have a Roku Streaming Stick+ and an Roku Ultra.

Tried to setup AppleTV on the Streaming Stick+ and when asked if I wanted to share data with Apple I selected No. Apple would never finish loading. Now when I try to go into AppleTV app, I receive an error message:  Network Unavailable: There were errors with this connection. Wait a moment, then try again.

I tried to remove the AppleTV channel to reload it, but channel will not remove. After removal process, channel is still there. Even went through removal process and rebooted Roku, but channel is still there.

I tried to setup on the Roku Ultra, and I receive the same error message.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching us.

If you're still experiencing an issue, try checking for any system updates in Settings>System>System update>Check now.

If the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to Apple TV directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform is developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist.
