I currently have a Roku Ultra and all if a sudden Apple TV won’t play. It keeps telling me video not available there is a problem loading this video, if this continues check the internet connections. I have checked the connection. It is fine. Other apps work just not Apple TV. I’ve tried removing and reinstalling. Nothing is working. Suggestions.

When removing a channel, make sure to restart your device before adding the channel back again. Does this resolve your issue?

Removing Apple app, restarting Roku device, then reinstalling Apple TV does not fix the problem. I’m able to watch an episode of a series on Apple TV through Roku, but are unable to watch an episode in the same series. So strange I can watch random episodes but can’t continue within a series?!?! Help. If not, then I’m going to have to cancel Apple TV and I have really enjoyed it.
