Apple TV+ subscription inconsistencies

On the Subscriptions page it states 'Your T-Mobile USA plan includes Apple TV+'

And it let me vies the first 2 episodes of a program,

However,

Now it is demanding that my roku comes with a FREE 3-month trial subscription and wants me to start one.

Now it puts that block on every other movie or series I try.

Consistency?
