Apple TV on Roku 3 Model 4230X1

Jump to solution

Does a Roku 3 Model 4230X1 support Apple TV? According to Apple, I should have a new one year free trial but the only options available on our TV are a new one week free trial or to purchase a subscription (which I already have). The list of updatable Roku 3 models include Roku 4230X, but 4230X1 is not listed. What are my options? Thanks

@WL7

Thanks for the inquiry.

The Roku 3 Model 4230X models are supported by Apple TV. If you are having issues accessing your free trial, you may need to contact Apple TV regarding your account. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

You can reach Apple TV support here: https://support.apple.com/apple-tv

Thanks,
Danny
