Apple TV 'installed' on roku.com, but not listed in search channels on TV-- os already updated

i have roku streaming stick.  i 'installed' apple tv on roku.com.   but Apple TV channel is not showing in the Channel Store or in 'search'...  i rebooted my wi fi modem,  nothing works.  what's the problem?

Your roku stick is too old, apple chose what models their app would appear on and many older models of roku don't get the app even if its in your account. I have 2117 Insignia 55" Roku tv that doesn't have it either.

They were wrong, 3600 doesn't have either. Its only 3800, 3810, and 3811 Roku Stick models that are compatible.

Your roku stick is too old, apple chose what models their app would appear on and many older models of roku don't get the app even if its in your account. I have 2117 Insignia 55" Roku tv that doesn't have it either.

thanks.  my stick is model 3500R -- somewhere here in the discussions it said the model should be compatible.
