Apple TV crashes Roku Ultra 4660X

Roku Ultra 4660X crashes after selecting Apple TV app.  Tried removing and re-adding, but same results.  Selecting Apple TV causes remote to become frozen, then it reboots about a minute later.  Purchased this new at a retailer last fall.

Make sure you reboot/restart the Roku after uninstalling the Apple TV app and before reinstalling it (**you must do this intermediate step**)

Ok - tried: 1. Remove Apple TV

                  2. Restart

                  3.  Add Apple TV

and

             1. Remove Apple TV

             2. Unplug and wait 30 sec.

             3. Plug in and Add Apple TV

Result in both cases on next Go To Channel:  crash.

Thanks for the suggestion, not working for me though.

Re: Apple TV crashes Roku Ultra 4660X

I tried Apple TV on my Sharp Roku TV, and it worked without an issue. I'll try to remember to test it on my Ultras this evening.

@FloridaGuy

Thanks for the post.

As a last resort, we would recommend removing the channel, trying to perform a factory reset on the Roku device, then once the device is set back up again, try adding the channel back again to see if the issue is resolved.

For more information about how to perform a factory reset, visit our Support page here: How do I factory reset my Roku® streaming device?

Thanks,
Danny
