I have TCL Roku tv(2018 model) and I downloaded the Apple TV app. I log in with no problems and I can see my library. When I try to watch a tv show or a movie it play for a short time (less than 10 minutes) and I get a video unavailable prompt.
I did follow the steps I’ve seen before (uninstall, restart tv, and install again) but it did not work, I still have the same problem. Is there anything else I can try?
