Apple TV Channel Express 3900R

I have Roku Express 3900R and what happen. I try to open the apple tv channel it starts to go up and reaches 100% and does not open and returns to roku home screen where are all channel any suggestion to fix that. I try reset the roku and delete channel and add again nothing happen.

Thanks for the post.

When removing a channel, please make sure to restart the device before adding the channel back again. In addition, how are you powering the Roku device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into a wall outlet?

I did everything. The roku is plug direct to de wall and restart the device  before and add channel again but nothing and also before the roku upgrade the channel works I believe something happens between the last update and previous update.

Thanks for the update.

If the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to Apple TV directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on the Apple TV channel (app), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel. In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.
