Aparelho Roku continua apresentando problemas com aplicativo Directgo

Estou tendo problemas de acessar o aplicativo da Directgo pelo aparelho Roku: não abre o aplicativo e apresenta sempre a informação de falha de conexão. Tenho outro dispositivo Amazon fire e nele não tenho tido problemas. Poderiam verificar por favor. Obrigado.

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
