Anyone else's ShopHQ channel not launching?

The channel has not been working/launching for a couple of weeks despite uninstalling/reinstalling the app.

Thanks for the post.

Did you restart your Roku device before re-installing the channel? That step is crucial when performing the troubleshooting. If you haven't tried the suggested order (remove > restart > reinstall), we would recommend giving it a shot once again. We also suggest doing the restart from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.

Thanks for the update.

If the issue persists from one channel after attempting the suggestions above, videos from other channels play fine, contact the channel provider's customer support team to report the issue and get help. 

Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel developer themselves. In this case, there's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from them.

There are 2-other Roku's in the house and the channel is working on those. It is not working on the unit related to this post. However, the channel has worked on this Roku for years. I did a factory reset and the channel still does not work.

Thanks for the post.

Please be aware that factory resetting your Roku device won't address any channel playback issues. Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more. 

Does this clear up the issue you are seeing? Please keep us posted what you find out.

Does your overseas call center get paid to waste people's time? Did you bother to read the blog posts and emails your customer service has sent me over and over again with the same canned information?

Why do you continually send the same canned responses and information, instead of actually resolving this issue?

Stop wasting my time!
