Anyone else not able to load Sony Crackle app on Roku

Getting message "App has failed to launch...please check your connection and try again"

Uninstalled and reinstalled app still same message...everything else is loading just fine

Just curious if its just me or anyone else experiencing issues or if any ideas

Did your uninstall include a reboot after the removal and before the reinstall? If not, it wasn't a clean reinstallation.

Yea i did

Also another person in household experiencing same issue with theirs

Both are Roku Express ...same wifi and likewise everything else loads

It's working fine on my Express fwiw.
