Any channels without internet

Is there a way to watch anything on my router tv if the internet is down due to power outages in the area

If your power is out, how do you power your Roku TV?

However, assuming you have power but no internet service, you can still watch OTA (Over-The-Air) broadcasts (with an antenna), or content from a USB port, or DVD/BluRay Player via an HDMI port, etc.
