Annual Subscriptions

How can we take advantage of annual subscriptions for some channels, e.g. CBS All Access and Acorn, among others? "Annual" does not seem to be an option on Roku.

If those providers offer an annual subscription, you're much better off subscribing directly through them.  Cancel your Roku subscription and subscribe directly through the provider.  Even if you cancel a Roku subscription it remains active until the end of the term, so you can wait until the end of the term to subscribe through the provider.
