Help & troubleshooting for channels on your Roku device, including adding/removing channels, logging in to, authenticating, or activating a channel, channel-specific playback issues, assistance contacting channel publishers to report issues, and adjusting channel-specific settings.
Looks like currently you still have to subscribe and watch online at their website The American Sheriff Network https://americansheriff.com/
Since this is a new venture (May 2021), could be awhile before they start building Apps and Channels. They do have a contact/support link that will most likely be best way to get an answer. https://americansheriff.com/pages/contact/ or email them at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you subscribe to their service, you can always cast, mirror, or HDMI cable it to your Roku or TV while waiting for them to develop a Channel if in their future plans.
It's not readily apparent to most that each channel provider creates and maintains the specific version of their app that runs on the Roku system. The only channels that Roku maintains are their own The Roku Channel, the Roku Media Player, and several Roku information channels. For everything else, Roku just provides the platform on which they run.
If you wish to see American Sheriff on Roku, contact them as @AvsGunnar suggests and let them know you'd like to be able to view via Roku.
