I have 2 rokus attached to two different TVs in my home (they are not used at the same time.) The one works fine but the roku se has a glitch while trying to play anything on Amazon prime. It will play for a while then just go black and go back to the home page. I don’t know if it is the roku se or what. Installed one for my parents and it works fine. I have updated the roku and restarted it. Anyone have any other suggestions before I send it back?
Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
