Amazon didn't work yesterday

I'd click on the Amazon logo and it would fill the screen and at this point it would usually say "Contacting Amazon" at the bottom, but didn't and it would go back to the home screen.
Is it me or is Amazon having problems?

Using it right now to watch an old NYPD blue.

Have you tried reinstalling via this procedure?

1) Remove the Amazon Prime Video app.
2) Restart the Roku to remove all vestiges of the app from memory.  (Very important, don't skip this step.)
3) Reinstall the app
