I replaced my outdated Roku with express Roku 4K per email sent to me indicating that Amazon Prime will not longer work on older Roku version. I've had no problem viewing Prime until yesterday. Prime will not load on my Roku for TV watch. It works on my desktop computer and my kindle and phone but not on TV. I've tried to contact Amazon - there is no number to call or anyplace to send a message. There is no way to contact Roku - no number listed. What the **bleep**? Was this just a ruse at getting people to buy a new Roku - my other one was working fine. Don't advise me to update because I have, twice and still Prime will not load. Please fix this. Thank you.
