PROBLEM: No Amazon Prime videos would play on my Roku device.
DETAILS: My Roku is on version 10.0.1 and build 4172 The version was updated 'yesterday' (after which time apparently this problem cropped up??) I spent time on a support chat with Amazon but could find no reason why.
FAILED ATTEMPTS: - Restarting wifi / router - Uninstalling and re-installing Amazon Prime on Roku - Turning 'everything' off and on again
SOLUTION - what seems to have fixed it: - Physically unplug my Roku device from my TV. Apparently that dumps the device cache. I unplugged the device, waited at-least 15 seconds, then plugged it back in. EVENTUALLY (not immediately but after a few more minutes and attempts) Prime videos started working again.
