Amazon Prime - remove search suggestions

I am not sure if this is a question about Roku or a question about the Amazon Prime app on the Roku. In any case, I opened the Amazon Prime app on my Roku and began a search for Secret Life of Pets. As soon as I typed in "se" suggestions came up, including "sex moves with full sex" (yes it is misspelled on the screen). We do not search for this kind of thing. This is absolutely horrible when your children are standing right there watching you. Is there a way to remove search suggestions? I couldn't find any settings anywhere to do this. Thank you so much for any help.
