Last night we had a terrible experience watching the movie Emma. (2020) on Amazon Prime. During the entire movie, there was a mechanical woman's voice describing every detail of every scene and completely distracting from the plot. Today, I tried the same movie on my laptop and was able to recreate the problem by selecting Audio, then English (US). When I changed it back to English (UK), the problem disappeared. I went back to Roku to try the same fix, but there was only one English option, so the problem continues. Is there a plan for an update that fixes this issue?
