I have Hulu, Netflix, Peacock, YouTube.tv, and the only one that freezes up is Amazon Prime.
I have tried, uninstalling, reinstalling, updating, logging in and out, rebooting roku, but nothing works.
Please help. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
Amazon is the developer of the Prime channel for Roku. You can reach out to them. Is it only happening on a certain movie or show?
It's happening with all shows/movies. Even with animated movies which don't take much bandwidth.

After removing a channel, best practice is to restart your Roku to clear its memory before reinstalling the channel. Without the restart you may not get a clean reinstall.
Depending on your Roku model and Roku version number you'll find the System restart option under either Settings > System > Power or under Settings > System.
