Amazon Prime Video not available in the channel list.

Hi everyone,

I've always used Roku for Netflix and Spotify basically (from 2018 till today), but lately I've decided to add Amazon Prime Video Channel..well the bad news is that Amazon or Amazon Prime Video is not on the channel list, I'm trying to add it but Mr. Roku doesn't let me (I've tried to add channel but it doesn't give me the space to write for it, I can only check in the prepared channel list and is not there. On the remote control I do have amazon, hulu and sling icons but never worked except for Netflix. Can anyone help me?

Where are you currently located?

Please be be aware that channel availability/access on Roku devices will vary from region to region. A Roku device will work in any location, however, channels may not be available on your device in that location, based on each channel provider's discretion. For more information, you'd want to contact any specific channel/service provider to inquire further about whether they offer their channel/service on the Roku platform in your region.

A Roku device will work in any location, however, channels may not be available on your device in that location, based on each channel provider's discretion. For more information, you'd want to contact any specific channel/service provider to inquire further about whether they offer their channel/service on the Roku platform in your region.

I am having the same issue with both Prime Video & Disney+, both of  which are available in my region (Trinidad & Tobago) in all other app stores.

@kiemac, it doesn't matter what other platforms they're available on.  You're not in a region that Roku supports and those providers have decided not to support regions that aren't supported by Roku (probably due to their own ignorance of how things work).  There's nothing Roku can do about it.  Try contacting the providers and asking them to make their Roku channel/app available in all regions including "Rest of World", but they probably won't have any idea what you're talking about.
