I purchased the latest TWD through Roku AND then again directly through Prime, but it will not play. It tells me to contact Prime, which I did. After long conversations with 2 different people, they aren't getting any errors on their end and don't know why it isn't playing. It seems to be an issue with Roku. Any suggestions?
Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
