Amazon Prime - Missing information and no subtitle options

Amazon prime movies, etc - during last several months, selecting a movie no longer provides the actors nor subtitle desired option.  Talked with Amazon support & spend 1 hour updating latest settings.  All is fine, but no change in the on-screen missing information.  Also, when renting/buying a movie, when asked to play, it automatically goes to "resume" rather than start at beginning..........

Amazon support tech simply recommended that the issue most likely lies with Roku - as they say "Whad'ya think?"

One can live with these issues, but it does represent a dramatic departure from normal functioning previously.

Any thoughts/comments are welcome.

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to continue to work with Amazon Prime Video support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
