I have a Ruku 3500x. The amazon prime app offers no titles to watch, the only titles you can see are under the title "Watch While Abroad". If you try and watch one it says "This content can't be accessed due to geographical restrictions". So it thinks I'm not in Canada.
Have tried 2 different Amazon accounts, which both work with my other 2 Ruku's from the same location.
So I don't believe it's the account.
Have done a factory reset and tried everything new from scratch twice. No Luck.
