Amazon Instant Video app crashes upon starting any video playback
I have a Roku 3 4200X, running software version 7.5.0 (build 4099-04). I can access the main menu for the Amazon instant video app, and then browse the different Amazon offerings. However, upon selecting a video to watch, the app immediately crashes and returns to the main Roku Home Page.
I actually have two Roku 3 units, both running the same software, but only one is having this problem. Any guidance to resolve would be greatly appreciated!
