My initial response was No, you can only add the Roku app to a mobile device like a phone or tablet. But the more I think about it, perhaps you CAN sideload the Android version of the Roku App onto a Fire Stick. I'm not sure what good it would do you as all it will do is connect to and control any Roku you have on your net. Whether it will even operate on a Fire Stick once installed is anybody's guess.
