Altbalaji app suddenly stopped loading from past 2 days

The app on my phone is working fine. So it’s not an account issue. Everything was working fine and suddenly only this app stopped loading. It buffers and goes back to home page

Thanks for the note.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

If the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to Altbalaji support directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on the Altbalaji channel (app), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel. In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.

Glad to know I am not the only one. Can Roku work with altbalaji to resolve. Could be software update issue.

I have reached out to altbalaji and no response yet. Can you guys help with follow up with the altbalaji platform please. This is frustrating to not getting a solution for over a week.

Please look into the issue. It looks like on mobile phone the app is working but not through Roku. What I observed the Mobile app version is different than what is on Roku. Could you please check and resolve the issue. Also, almost everyone already sent email to ALTBalaji support team but looks like they are not going to respond. Please do needful.

I have same issue for last 5 days. Tried removing & adding channel & Rebooted the router as per suggestion from Roku support but no luck...
