All4 (UK)

Hi All

Since my Roku carried out its latest update I can no longer access All4 UK, I keep receiving error messages i.e. All4-012: error loading home.

Is there any way of resolving this issue?

Thanks for the inquiry.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more. 

If the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to All4 directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform is developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist.

Apologies for the very late reply, the issue was with my VPN provider - Unlocator, I have since moved to Express VPN and experienced no issues since.
