I have two Roku devices, Roku Ultra (wired) and Roku Streaming Stick + (wireless). No matter which channel I watch, the shows on both devices freeze/pause repeatedly. I have restarted the Roku's, removed and re-installed the channels and it has not helped. I have the latest software version and all channels are updated.
I check my internet speed when the channels are freezing and it is around 20Mbps. I started watching the channels on my laptop and they do not freeze or pause.
No one else in the house is using a Roku or any other device on the internet. I am very frustrated and confused as to why this has started to happen after more than a year of using the Roku's.
Try removing the channel(s) from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel(s) back once more, specifically in this order.
