They reverted to 9.3.0-4194 ("secret screen" as per the OP)

I have 9.3.0 installed, but it still doesn't work with Prime video..that problem stated yesterday ....it works with PBS, so it's still a problem that they've created at least four times this year

The OP's problem was with the 9.4.0 update - since you posted in this thread, its assumed you have/had the same problem...

You need to post in new/different thread if you have a different issue.

I apparently reverted to 519.30E04194A. I just checked and Prime Video isn't working for me either, so they've still got problems to fix. I'm not sure why they felt they had to do the update in the first place and fix what wasn't broken.

The Prime app loading problem on the Express+ connected via composite is a separate issue:

Definitely use the app feedback: options (*)/ give us feedback/ channel failed to launch/load/start as well as contact Amazon:

Hi everyone,

Thanks for the post.

If you are still experiencing this issue, please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-how is your wireless network setup?
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)

Once we have this information, we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate team.

What was your old version and what did you upgrade to?  It did not work for me.

Old version was 9.4.0 build 4155-51.  (This was the first weekend of 9.4.0)
Auto update rolled me back to 9.3.0 build 4194-51 on Monday morning central time. 

Everything has worked since.
