All Home Screen Channels are GONE

All my channels are gone! My home screen only have HDMI 1 2 3 AV and Antenna TV...EVERYTHING ELSE IS GONE! Can someone please help? What is going on? J. Hadnott

Hi there, 

It sounds like your Roku device has been unlinked from your Roku account. I'd recommend factory resetting the device and linking it to your account once more. That should clear up the issue.
