Alexa responds to Live TV changes but Roku can't do it?
Just bought our Hisense R43A7200UK SMT ROKU TV this week and so far very pleased with everything.
However, having successfully paired Alexa with the Roku and having most things work okay, it does not seem able to change the viewing channel on Live TV. The spoken request is made to Alexa but the TV just shows, "Sorry something went wrong, please try again" - trying again doesn't make it work.
